Request For Refund
We understand that customers worry about their money and wonder, “What if this does not work for me?” At K2 Herbal Center, you are fully covered. As direct producers of K2 Spice products, all our items are rigorously lab-tested for safety and performance. If you don’t like the product or feel it doesn’t work for you, simply return it—we will refund the full amount except the $55 shipping fee paid to the courier company.
How Does This Work?
To request a refund, fill in the form on our contact page. Regardless of your payment method, the refund will be sent directly to your bank account through Wells Fargo.
Refund processing takes 24–48 hours. After that, you will receive an email and SMS notification from our bank specifying the exact date your refund will appear in your account.
Please confirm with us at sales@k2herbalcenter.com once you receive the confirmation message so we can verify your refund status.
Important Note: If a customer disputes or attempts to cancel a payment after a package has been shipped, we will NOT issue a refund.
